Event 49 (Squadron Relay) Team List Template

This document is supplied for Team managers to supply the names and ages, in ascending order, of their team for the Squadron Relay (Event 49).  You are required to complete and hand this team list to the recorder prior to Event  47.  Failure to do so will result in your team swimming for ‘time only’ in this event.
